REGONLINE REGISTRANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY REGISTERING OR TRANSACTING THROUGH REGONLINE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.

By using our site you agree that you won't tell anyone our trade secrets and will not use any of the information available to compete against us online. No competitors or future competitors are permitted access to our site or information, and any such access by third parties is unauthorized. You agree that you will not copy, record, publish, compile, reproduce, republish, use or resell for any competing commercial purpose any information on our site and you agree to not use any device, software or routine that may extract, copy, modify, import, export, replicate, scrape or otherwise deliver, in any manner, the data and information on our site to you or anyone else. If you do so, then you agree that we are suffering irreparable injury and that an injunction or temporary restraining order may be entered by any court sitting in the state of Colorado prohibiting the use of such information and requiring, without limitation, that any domain name used to advertise the competing use be redirected away from the site. In addition, you agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in enforcing these provisions.

The Event Organizer for this event is using RegOnline’s web-based software to make it easier for you, the Registrant, to register online.

Privacy
RegOnline agrees to safeguard the information you provide (see our Privacy Policy) and make it available only to the Event Organizer and anyone to which the Event Organizer provides access. RegOnline has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the privacy practices of any Event Organizer. Accordingly, if you want to find out how an Event Organizer will use any of your registration information, you need to ask the Event Organizer and/or review their privacy policy.

Registration Site Content
The contents of this Registration Site, such as text, graphics, logos, links to other sites, audio clips, video, photographs, software, trademarks, and other information is, unless otherwise noted, were created by the Event Organizer. RegOnline has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the content included or the representations made in this Registration Site.

Event Responsibility
RegOnline does not provide any other products or services related to any Event Organizer’s event. All activities, services and products related to an event are provided solely by the Event Organizer and others, but not RegOnline. RegOnline is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of any Event Organizer. RegOnline has no control over, makes no representations concerning, and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from the content or activities of any event registered through RegOnline.

International Registrants
RegOnline makes no claims, nor shall be liable for compliance with any privacy laws outside of the United States . If you are a non-U.S. Registrant, you acknowledge and agree that RegOnline may collect and make your information available to the Event Organizer outside your resident jurisdiction.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The site and the content and services made available on the site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. RegOnline does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever. Under no circumstances shall RegOnline be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for any use of the Site. In no event shall RegOnline’s total cumulative liability exceed the fees paid to RegOnline by you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold RegOnline and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from (i) your use of the Site, (ii) your use of products, services, or information provided through the Site, or (iii) your breach of any provision of this Agreement. RegOnline reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with RegOnline in asserting any available defenses.

Governing Law & Choice of Forum
This Agreement and access to the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado , exclusive of its conflict of law rules and matters affecting copyrights, trademarks and patents under U.S. federal law. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Colorado and of the United States of America located in the State of Colorado for any litigation or disputes arising out of or relating to use of the Site and not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to the establishment of venue of any such litigation in the State of Colorado and agree not to plead or claim in any State of Colorado Court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

ALL REFERENCES TO “REGONLINE” ABOVE SHALL BE DEEMED TO INCLUDE ACTIVE REGISTRATON, LLC d/b/a REGONLINE AND, AS APPLICABLE, ITS PARENT AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES.
